Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return

1. Email bizztomart@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
2. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
4. Hand it to the assigned courier for pickup, or drop it at the location we provide

Exchanges

Prefer a different size, color, or item? Let us know when you request your return, and we'll arrange an exchange subject to availability.

Return Shipping

Returns due to a change of mind may incur a shipping fee. Returns due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item are free of charge.

Processing Time
